Janvi Tours is not an ordinary Guangzhou tour. We want everyone to experience Guangzhou from a local perspective, we have one goal in mind: to show our guests the real Guangzhou. Janvi Tours was established by Janvi back in 2012 and since then, we have thousands of participants from all over the world who seek to get a glimpse into the local culture and cuisine of Guangzhou.

As its name implies "off the beaten track" often gets an opposing stereotype in itself. It's often about wanting to feel different, less about taking a different approach. We do suggest you visit the usual tourist attractions by yourself, such as The Museum of The Nanyue King's Tomb of The Western Han Period, Baiyun Mountain, Chen Clan Academy, Canton Tower, Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, Pearl River Night Cruise, Guangdong Provincial Museum, site of the Huangpu Military Academy, Chimelong Paradise etc. They boast convenient transportation and professional docent service, they point out works of art or other exhibits to the untrained eye. You don't need any guide to take you there. But those places aren't where visitor will find anything much of the enduring nature of the city and its people. We hope people want to know where they can feel what endures in a country.

At the core of our tour's values, We believe that travelling involves getting to know a country for what it really is. As such, beyond the usual tourist attractions, We hope our guests can experience the real Guangzhou and see this interesting city through the eyes of a local. During your Guangzhou Private Tour, there will be opportunities to dive deep into local neighbourhoods and explore back alleys. As we walk through the streets of Guangzhou, we help you to make sense of what you see, hear, smell, taste and feel. We want you to discover and immerse yourselves in the lives of Guangzhou people. We highlight local cultures, introduce you to delicacies that locals adore, as well as share with you interesting stories and characters of Guangzhou!

We steer you towards regular Guangzhou neighborhoods, areas where Guangzhou people actually work and live. We introduce you to our favorite markets, alleys and food streets. We skip the “checklist” attractions (which are easy to find and access and we're sure you have already), and take a few sharp turns to experience the unexpected Guangzhou. Outdoor markets, vendors of strange and wonderful dried seafood and herbs, the corner housewares and hardware shops. A Chinese temple that's still doing ceremonies for the neighbors. We veer off the main streets through back alleys and down cobblestone steps, enjoying the last bits of old downtown Guangzhou that haven't been hit by the wrecking ball yet.

We will take you explore the old Guangzhou (Canton) which only the locals know and with low cost which travel agency they don't ,telling you the historic Guangzhou as well as the modern Guangzhou, you will be taken to get involved in the daily life of Guangzhou. We look forward to serving you!
